November 19

Today was a slight detour to Mexico.  Drove last night from Palm Springs to long beach CA.  Caught early flight to Seattle and am now catching flight to return to Long Beach.  When I arrive I will drive to San Diego and the Mexican border.  Plan to arrive around 11:30 pm.  Will sleep and cross border early tomorrow morning.  

You may ask why the one day hop detour to Seattle.  The answer is that the Discovery TV has a Destination channel with a show entitled "extreme homes".  They came to Seattle to do a "shoot" of my houseboat.  We did 4 hours and from that they will edit it down to 6 minutes.  It will air next spring. Pretty cool...
